Bob Coats 1999 TICC Championship Chili Mix
One of our favorite mixes, Bob Coats' recipe is a crowd pleaser. With great chili flavor and just enough heat to remind you that you are in fact eating chili, this will become a favorite to serve for any occasion. Combine the mix with 2 pounds chili grind, 1 8 oz can of tomato sauce and 1 14.5 oz can of beef and chicken broth (each), cook according to package directions and you'll be serving your own winning bowl of red in no time.
Ingredients: chili powder, cumin, salt, garlic and spices.
