Tom Kreutzer 2023 OTICCC Championship Recipe


2023 Tom Kruetzer OTICC 2 hour Recipe

 

1 ½ cans tomato sauce

1 can Swanson beef broth

2 Lbs 80/20 ground chuck

 

1st Dump

1 Tbsp Dixon

1 Tbsp granulated onion

1Tbsp granulated garlic

1beef cube

1 chicken cube

¼ Tsp salt

¼ Tsp Cayenne

 

2nd Dump

1 Tbsp San Antonio Red

1 Tbsp San Antonio Original

1 Tbsp Cowtown Light

1 Tbsp Cumin

1 pkg Sazon Goya

 

 

Two hours before turn in grey meat in pot until all grease is boiled out. Stain meat and wipe out pot. Add the broth, tomato sauce and return meat to pot. Bring to boil then reduce to low simmer. One hour before turn in add 1st dump and break up meat with potato masher, continue to simmer. Thirty minutes before turn in add 2nd dump and continue to simmer. Make any adjustments at this time.
