Jerk is a style of cooking native to Jamaica, in which meat is dry-rubbed with a spice mixture called Jamaican Jerk spice. The meat is normally chicken or pork, and it can be seasoned with the just the dry rub or you can add it to olive oil, orange juice or wine as a marinade.
Ingredients: Salt, allspice, cinnamon, sugar, red pepper, garlic, paprika and spices.
