Our signature blend - and a featured chili powder in many championship chili recipes. Cowtown Light has a deep orange-red color with perfect heat and salt. It is finely ground and can be used in the front or back of a chili recipe - it will dissolve easily without leaving your chili with a gritty taste. Cowtown is a great base chili powder and a favorite of the Spice Queen's. Dixon Medium Hot and San Antonio Original work well with this chili powder to give your chili a rich, authentic flavor without being too heavy.
