Debbie Ashman qualified and won Terlingua her first year cooking competition chili. Her Hot Rod recipe is full flavored and won't be too hot for milder palates. Combine the mix with 2 pounds chili grind, 1 8 oz can of El Pato tomato sauce (the yellow can) and 1 14.5 oz can of beef and chicken broth (each), cook according to package directions and you'll be serving your own winning bowl of red in no time.
Ingredients: chili powder, cumin, salt, garlic and spices.
