Everyone has a version of Posole they love best - red or green, with or without hominy - and our mix has the perfect combination of ground red chili peppers & spices. You don't have to go to the trouble of rehydrating and blending dried peppers to make a great gravy - this mix does all the work for you.
For each 2 oz package of Posole mix, you'll need 1.5 - 2# of cubed pork, 2 14.5 oz cans of chicken broth, 1 15 oz can of hominy (white or yellow) and your choice of garnishments. We like to top ours with radishes, cabbage and a few tortilla chips.
Ingredients: Ground chili peppers, cumin & spices.
